Ivy Boutique Hotel

We loved the citrus water dispenser at the reception. The hotel is in a great location to explore the city. The staff is very friendly. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed.

My room was very clean and large with a king size bed and a lounge/ living room area. With televisions in each area. I really liked the huge bathroom with a choice of a tub or shower. Lots of fresh towels. Plenty of mirrors and a pretty good view. The hotel is very secure also. That was a plus and it was very easy to get the L train to the airport. The staff was superb, very ,very helpful and great attitudes toward every customer. Lots of good restaurants in the area with so many choices. Easy access to public transportation. I also liked the fact that the hotel is not too large. Although it was booked, there were not a lot of people jamming the hotel lobby.

I would stay here again & again. This Hotel is exceptional. Great location, downtown, all attractions are walkable. There is plenty of great food surrounding you. The hotel room was Fabulous! Large beautiful rooms, yes plural!! The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable and I Love that there was a half wall that separated the bedroom from a large livingroom ! Motorized shades were a 🏆 touch. Really luxurious. 3 TV's in the room was also amazing. 1 was in the mirror in the bathroom! I would've thought that this Hotel would be very expensive but it was quite reasonable..

The hotel was beautiful - full of texture and different substrates and patterns. Our room was large and well-decorated. We stayed in a King suite and the living room was where the windows were. There was a wall separating the bedroom from it, so the morning light wasn't an issue. They also had automated curtains and shades, which was wonderful. There was a large TV in both areas, which was nice. The shower was spacious and the rainfall shower-head was lovely. There was also a double sink, a large tub, and a make-up mirror. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies. The location was perfect - we walked to Navy Pier and all through the shopping district. There were plenty of places to shop and eat. The staff was lovely!

The venue is uniquely located to many popular attractions, it's convenient. The service I received from Sierra at the front desk was above and beyond in addition to swiftly helping me upgrade to the Ontario suite from the King suite. No valet service but parking was easy; the garage is a left turn from Ontario street, then immediate right after Starbucks. Fun, modern vibes as you walk in! The first thing I noticed was how spacious the rooms were, especially the bathroom. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Windy City! Cheers to the IVY team!
